Speeding up data entry by automating fields

You can set up information items to automatically add a value to the field on the Weigh screen, in order to speed up data entry. You can:

• auto increment and add a prefix or suffix to a field if its field type is ID
• repeat the value you have already put in a field if its field type is not an ID

You do this by modifying the field that you want to automate.
